1.1 Bets Confirmation/Transactions

All bets are considered final upon confirmation and cannot be changed, voided, or canceled once submitted in the system. In the event of a dispute, Eurobet.com and Management retain the right to make the final decision.

1.2 Results and Settlement (Payout)

Results and Settlement (abbreviated as "R&S") refer to the final outcome of your bet selection and confirmation. Please refer to point 5 in the terms of use. Winnings will be credited to your account (product wallet, as explained in the FAQ) once your bet has been processed, resulted, and settled.

Results are determined based on the official result website of the relevant governing body at the time of event settlement. If no official result is available from the official website, the decision of the official governing body regarding the event at 24:00 hours (local time on the day of the event) will determine the result. Any disqualification or changes to the event outcome after an official result exists will not affect betting purposes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the settled result and the result posted on the website (such as running announcements or text), Eurobet.com will refer to the official website to rectify the result.

The settlement of the event may be delayed if no result is available from the official website or governing body. Eurobet.com will attempt to process the results and settlement as soon as possible after the event's completion once the official result is announced. In cases where no official results are provided on the website, independent evidence will be used to determine the results for bet settlement. If there is uncertainty or conflicting independent evidence, the majority independent view or the official league website will take priority.

Eurobet.com reserves the right to void or cancel bets entirely or partially if it is reasonably believed that the result of the event became publicly known before its conclusion, or if bets were offered and accepted due to an error.

In case of uncertainty regarding any result, Eurobet reserves the right to suspend the settlement of any market.

Eurobet.com and Management have the final decision on the outcome.

1.3 Scheduled Time

Your bet must be submitted and confirmed by the system before the scheduled time allocated to you. Once the scheduled time has expired and the event has started, your bet will not be accepted.

Bets placed after the scheduled time but during the event, match, game, or market specified for accepting bets will be considered valid and accepted. For example, in Sports Betting for Live In-Running (In-Play, Betting In-Running), or any specified Betting In-Running match offers on the website.

If Eurobet.com reasonably believes that your bet was confirmed after the scheduled time (for non-specified events, matches, games, markets, or products that are allowed to accept bets after the scheduled time), or if the event, match, or market is not closed or suspended at the correct time due to unnoticed changes in scheduled time from official/non-official sites or other reasons, your bet will be deemed void, and your bet amount (stakes) will be refunded into your account.

The winner of an event is determined at the conclusion of the event for the purpose of determining the winning bets, regardless of subsequent reversals of decisions or the result of any protest or appeal.

1.3.1 Periods of Time

• 1.3.1.1 The posted duration of an event is for reference purposes only. Bets will be valid despite changes in the scheduled duration.
• 1.3.1.2 Any incident during injury or stoppage time that is played is deemed to have occurred at the end of regular time. For example, a goal scored in first-half injury time of a soccer match is deemed to have been scored at 45 minutes.

1.4 Price, Odds

During your account opening (account registration), you need to select your preferred Odds Format between Decimal, American, Malay, Hong Kong, and Indo odds formats. Please refer to the FAQ. Once this odds format is registered, you will be offered bets in that particular odds format. However, the system will not limit you from changing the odds format after logging into your account or from the specific product. Please check the odds (price) before confirming your bet. Eurobet.com reserves the right to correct any errors in the input of the betting odds in the particular event, match, or game before or after the event's result and settlement. Please refer to points 5 and 7 in the terms of use.

1.5 Change of Venue

All related bets are void if the venue is changed to the former away team's home venue.

All relevant bets are valid if the event is changed to another venue. This rule applies only to events where the team has a home arena.

1.6 Auto Time Acceptance

You have the option to place a bet using "Auto Time Acceptance" by selecting the "Time Accept" button. The "Auto Time Acceptance" option may be available only for certain events. Your bet will be automatically accepted and confirmed once the indicated timer expires if there is no interruption based on the following conditions:

• No goal scored by any team
• No red card awarded
• No penalty awarded
• No technical error or issue, including but not limited to any failure in telecommunication preventing correct placing, accepting, recording, or notification of bets, delays, and interruptions in transmission such as internet connectivity failure.

1.7 Abandoned and Postponed Event

• 1.7.1 Abandoned Event
  If an event is discontinued or abandoned for any reason, the current score at that time counts if the minimum requirements are fulfilled according to the specific sports rules and regulations or if there is an official result from the governing body, otherwise, all bets are void. Markets with valid decisions already made on the event will remain valid for betting purposes, for example, "Half-Time" betting.
• 1.7.2 Postponed Event
  All bets are void if the event is canceled or postponed and no announcement has been made or the event has not started within 36 hours after the scheduled start time, or within 12 hours for Baseball matches. Please refer to Baseball rules.

1.8 Combos and System Bets

What is a system bet?

System bets are similar to accumulators or combos in that you choose several selections within one bet, but all possible combinations of bets from those selections are covered, with the advantage of winning even if not all picks are winners.

System bets are presented as two numbers separated by a slash, for example, 2/4, with the first number denoting the type of bets involved (in this case, doubles), and the second number denoting the number of selections involved.

For instance, in a 2/4 system bet, you would choose 4 selections and click on the System tab at the top of the bet slip, where you would then see your system bets options. The 2/4 system bet comprises the 6 possible combinations using your 4 selections, so a stake of €0.50 would cost €3. Even if only 2 of those possible combinations were winners, your bet would win, with the return amount depending on how many possible combinations actually win. If none or only one of your picks wins, your system bet loses. When you place your system bet, the amount of winnings shown is the maximum winnings possible if all picks win.

• You will use the Eurobet.com website (or any specified/alternative URLs, software, and applications) solely for the purpose of genuine participation in the games and not for any financial gain, abusing the website/game, acting fraudulently, syndicated, or as part of a group. Your genuine participation is strictly in your personal capacity for recreational and entertainment purposes only.
• If there is evidence of a series of bets, bets on both sides, or containing the same selection(s) placed by or for the same member or group/syndicate, and Eurobet.com reasonably believes that the member has acted to defraud the system and website, Eurobet.com reserves the right to suspend and/or close the account, void, cancel, and withhold any pending withdrawal.

• Incorrect results and settlement under whatever circumstances they occurred.
• Mistaken credits of funds (amount/value in terms of amount) or in the event of incorrect crediting into your account.
• Winnings that do not belong to your account.
• Mistakenly paid out to your account, and you have intentionally requested for fund out (withdrawn) a partial/full funds that do not belong to your account.
• If the location of the event/match/game is changed, and the particular event/match/game is yet suspended/closed on the website.
• Eurobet.com is not liable for any financial loss and/or bets concluded by third parties or any other person using your account for wagering purposes.
